I would like to take this time to welcome you to 7th Grade Language Arts and ELS.
We are in for a year of fun, growing, and challenging our skills and abilities. Our goal is to constantly try to improve and not just settle for the minimum. Let's reach for the stars!

As your teacher, and guide- our classroom environment is ours to create. In order to have a successful year there are certain expectations that we should all strive to maintain by applying the following principles:

Respect – we LISTEN actively to one another and do NOT criticize

Ø      if it’s not mine I don’t touch it

Ø      Treat others as you would like to be treated

Enthusiasm- our attitude is everything.

Ø      if we give a bad attitude we get back a bad attitude

Ø      if we are positive and eager, ready to learn and share we LEARN, we are prepared to succeed.

Maturity- you are officially young adults  

earn the status.

Accountability-  YOU are responsible for

           your actions!

Ø      As yourself, “ Is it worth it?”
