Welcome to 8th Grade Language Arts!
A little bit about me: I've been teaching English Language Arts since 1999 and this is my 8th year at Nimitz Middle School. I love the English language and literature and making it meaningful to my students. More importantly, I love working with Nimitz students and showing them what they are capable of accomplishing!
A little bit about this website: This site can be used as a resource for what we do in class. It can also be a bridge of communication between me and students and me and parents.
A little bit about this school year: Students will dive into the many forms of literature of fiction and nonfiction! Throughout the year, they will become strong public communicators; sharing their thoughts and opinions through speeches, presentations, and writing via pen and paper and the web! Bienvenidos a 8 º grado Artes del Lenguaje! Un poco acerca de mí: He sido la enseñanza de Inglés Lengua y Literatura desde 1999 y este es mi 8 º año en Nimitz Middle School. Me encanta el idioma Inglés y de la literatura y que hace sentido para mis alumnos. Más importante aún, me encanta trabajar con Nimitz estudiantes y mostrarles lo que son capaces de lograr! Un poco acerca de este sitio web: Este sitio puede ser utilizado como un recurso vaivén lo que hacemos en clase. También puede ser un puente de comunicación entre yo y yo y los estudiantes y padres de familia. Un poco acerca de este año escolar: Los estudiantes se sumergirá en las múltiples formas de la literatura de ficción y no ficción!
