Hello and welcome to my Nimitz webpage. My name is Ms. Alma D. Diaz and I am very proud to be your child's math and science teacher. I graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosphy and a minor in Psychology. I also hold a Bachelor's of Science in Biology. I am proudly beginning my 17th year at Nimitz Middle School and have taught from RSP to Gifted classes.
Mr. Hernandez is my partner and he is your child's English and Social Studies teacher. We are looking forward to an exciting year of learning. We want this year to be successful and productive. We are your partners in the academic, social, emotional and physical develpment of your child. Working together we can ensure that your child will accomplish their academic and personal goals.
Conference Times- Your child's teachers (Mr. Hernandez and I) conduct all conferences together. The day of the conference, please sign-in and go to the COUNSELING OFFICE. The following are the days and times Mr. Hernandez and I can meet with parents.
