Dear Parents, Guardians and Students,

My name is Mrs. Brennan, and I will be your child’s English teacher. Literature is a study of self and societies through literature and language. In my class, students will learn more about themselves through the activities we complete. Students will learn about honesty, respect, courage, self-control, justice, humility, responsibility and kindness through the stories we read. I want to ensure that your child is successful this year, to do so we need to work as a team.

What is expected of your child?
The classroom is a learning community, and your child will follow the standards of conduct:

1.Come to class prepared with all assignments completed and equipped with all supplies.

2.Be honest, respectful, responsible and kind to the teacher as well as one another.
