The Chester W. Nimitz Middle School Library is open from 7:25 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and from 7:25 a.m. to 3:13 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday.

Students may check out a total of three library books at a time. Most library books are checked out for two weeks at a time; reference books, like encyclopedias are checked ot for on day. The library has over 20,000 books for students and teachers to use.

There are three main sections of the library: Fiction, Non-Fiction, and Reference.
